A multimedia project built around the launch of The Connected Being, a book examining the convergence of biology, technology, and ethics in the 21st century.
This project centered around the release of The Connected Being, a nonfiction book unpacking the real-world implications of brain–computer interfaces, quantum AI, synthetic biology, and more. The book became a launchpad for a visual, auditory, and conceptual exploration of what comes next.
I led the entire project end-to-end: writing, editing, concept, design, generative video, and sound. One mind across every surface.

The manuscript was researched and written to be technically grounded, but accessible. It breaks down frontier technologies in clear terms while threading them through philosophical and ethical inquiry.

My goal was to make the ideas tangible both intellectually and visually. I created a design system around the book's central question: what does it mean to be human in an era of accelerating tech?

For the book teaser, I created a series of AI-generated clips: futurist tech products drawn from the book's chapter themes, edited into a single piece that extends the narrative beyond the page.

Every generative video was paired with original sound design to reflect the tension between natural and synthetic futures. Full audio handled solo: production, mix, custom foley, spatial textures, and recorded voiceover. All in Logic Pro.

The Connected Being became a way to translate complexity into clarity, and ideas into experience.
Across writing, design, and sound, my goal was to make emerging technology feel not just understood but felt. To build a body of work that invites curiosity, challenges assumptions, and leaves room for the human questions beneath the systems we're building.
This project is one step toward that kind of work. Intentional, interdisciplinary, and grounded in meaning.
