Studio6 is an early-stage technology venture studio based in Los Angeles. I served as Chief Creative Officer alongside CEO Gordon Mattey and CMO Margo Spiritus, where we incubated and launched companies across AI, blockchain, crypto, DeFi, metaverse, space, carbon sequestration, EV, and adjacent emerging frontiers. Over $5M+ raised across investment rounds during my tenure.

Three roles, one operating brain: Gordon Mattey as CEO, Margo Spiritus as CMO, and me as Chief Creative Officer. Together we shaped the studio's investment thesis, incubated portfolio companies from concept to launch, and stayed embedded with founders through their earliest stages.
I was on the founding team for each company that spun out of Studio6 and stayed on as advisor through early growth. The work spanned brand identity, product systems, and narrative, and increasingly, AI-driven automation and low-code approaches across design exercises, wireframing, design systems, and animation. A working survey of where the next economy would be built from.
Studio6 was the closest I've worked to the moment of inception, when a company is still an idea and a founding team. It taught me to design for things that don't exist yet, with the people who can imagine them clearly enough to build them.
Each spinout was its own small world: a thesis, a team, a half-formed identity, a story still finding itself. Brand, product, narrative, and capital all moved together, and we got to shape them before anything had set. Few seats let you operate that early, across that much surface area.
